I recently leased a Dodoge Durango with Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Williamsville. Dan Mayr was my salesperson. Dan respected my time and was responded to my request and questions. We were able to negotiate a deal I am satisfied with and would recommend Dan SPECIFICALLY as a salesperson, for the buyer who knows what they want, are willing to spend, and don't need to spend all day sitting at the dealership.
Was able to accommodate my scheduled appointment, shuttle me back to work and complete all the scheduled maintenance. It did take longer than expected but service representative was able to deduct some of the cost for the inconvenience.
The service manager had been a smart xxx with our concerns and did not seem to care to try to help us. I will never go back to this dealership ever again. TERRIBLE customer service.!!!!!!
With 30 years of experience claimed by Thad the service manager, I would strongly advise future customers not to go to him with problems or concerns. We purchased our custom 2500 Deisel Ram last year here and ended up having to have it towed in as it would not start. We requested an oil change to be done as well. The problem was taken care of, yet they forgot to do the oil change. We had to schedule another appointment. Upon returning home noticed oil leaking on our new driveway. This is my third lease from Dan. He has been wonderful all three times. Very quick, I am not spending a lot of time at the dealership. I will be going there for my fourth!!!!
