My experience with Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Williamsville was awesome. I recommend them 1000%. Their service center was friendly, and the communication was great throughout the process. DO NOT BUY- service department WORST. I’m a Veteran and don’t get angry easily but- Came in for radio repair, told me need wait for part (no problem) there tech made the truck unusable then the service manger told me “not my problem” told me go get a rent a car, and said the lease was not bought there so does not care about my service! Physically threatening and tried to get into my face! Never go near this place.

She was knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get me into a vehicle suiting my needs and not something else that would satisfy a sales goal by trying to force an upscale into something else. She followed up with questions post sale and has provided good feedback to me, the customer.
My 2024 ram broke down Tuesday afternoon. Was able to get it towed in immediately by Ram Roadside Assistance. They got my truck in and got it back to me Wednesday morning, which blew my mind. After noticing oil spills in my driveway after a recent oil change at the dealer, I was hesitant to drive my Jeep. I contacted roadside assistance at dealers instructions. I was forced to pay a tow fee before they woul transport the vehicle to the dealership. I paid tha fee wit ApplePay. I called for reimbursement. The procedure seems to be more time investing than I thought.
They (Theresa) were great. They fit me in on a Saturday and finished my vehicle earlier than anticipated.
A huge thank you to Juan and the gentleman in the finance office. You guys are the only reason I still go to this location. The service department is still horrendously terrible.

Great service and satisfaction. Oil change and tire rotation was completed as requested along with replacement of keyfob batteries. I had an appointment and all was completed timely.
The people here are very trustworthy, nice, extremely helpful especially the ladies in the service department they went above and beyond!
Car radio was intermittently acting up. Transitowne diagnosed it. Ordered a new unit that arrived quickly. Installation took less than an hour. Service was friendly and prompt. The one criticism is that after paying for the diagnosis and the new radio, I was billed over $200 for installation that took less than an hour.

I called Massimo Martinucci one day to compare a deal I received from West Herr. We have bought our last 2 Rams from him and we’re looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We agreed on the car, he called me back within 15 mins with a deal, we talked through a few more things and got the deal done! All over the phone within an hour! Max is always so helpful and will go out of his way to get you the deal you want

Can’t thanks Molly B. enough for the service she offered to my family. We came in looking to get a new Jeep with our old jeep still having about 2k left in payments. On 9/17, I got in a really bass accident in the parking lot of my workplace while coming in. A woman hit me so hard that she popped my tire, smashed the whole side of my jeep, and the impact/tire exploding launched me into two other parked cars. Basically just really bad. Prompt and courteous drop off and pick up
Brought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie less than 60,000 MI on July 8th 2025 because it was misfiring. Dropped off the vehicle on a Tuesday called on a Wednesday and they proceeded to tell me that I needed all this other work in addition to the engine. I had not asked for a multipoint check I just wanted the check engine light off and the engine fixed. Was in there May 29th 2025 for an ABS sensor and while replacing it they told me I had a leaky rear axle seal on the driver side. I had it repaired very expensive cost.
