We are all aware of the ongoing developments with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the challenges it has created. At the Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Williamsville, the safety and well being of our employees and our customers is always a priority. We continue to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation to ensure we take the necessary steps to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Because of New York State Guidelines:
All customers must now where a face covering over mouth and nose while in our facility. This includes a fabric mask, medical mask, bandanna, scarf, or any reasonable face covering for protection purposes.
VEHICLE SALES: Our sales department is open and ready to serve you. Our sales showroom is open, appointments recommended! Test drives are now available follow all state and CDC protocols.
We encourage customers to use our “Online Express Buy” technology enabling the ability to customize your payment, value your trade-in vehicle, apply for financing, and schedule a test drive. All online from the comfort of your home. Just find the vehicle you want, and click on “Express Buy”.
Here is what we are doing now:
*We have added a daily disinfectant to our nightly cleanings to high traffic areas and restrooms.
*Employees as well as customers have been asked to avoid personal contact, such as hand shaking. Avoiding skin contact.
*Employees have been instructed to maintain personal space, a minimum of a 6 feet distance. *Disinfecting wipes have been provided at the service & sales desks for customer use as well as employee use.
*We have a leadership team constantly monitoring and meeting regularly to review the situation.
*Our employees have been told to stay home if they are feeling ill or have traveled to an affected area.
Individual caution and good hygiene habits are the most important actions anyone can take to reduce the risk of COVID-19.
